Disliked: The breakfast and our hotel shuttle driver was unfriendly and dropped us to the airport at the arrivals section. We were so confused when we got in the airport. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t add my two stays to my rewards account. I had no idea that because I booked through a 3rd party, I was not allowed to

Short stay near airport and...

Liked: Close to the airport, nice rooms (though the AC blocked the curtains from closing) and a free shuttle.
Disliked: I was surprised that hot food didn't come out for breakfast until the 7:00am start, which made for less time than I would have liked to catch my flight. Also, I would have liked more fruit options.

Our stay was for convenience...

Liked: Used hotel for access to the airport as on early flight to Cancun the next morning. I had to return the car after checking in and was happy to know that the hotel had a courtesy bus to and from the airport.
Disliked: Courtesy buses from the airport to the hotel were not too frequent on the Sunday. I had dropped the hire car off after checking in to the hotel.
