This place was awful would...
Liked: Breakfast was okay
Disliked: The property smelled and was dirty. Our room the cushion on the sofa were torn. Carpet was badly frayed. Attempting to over charge me and not honoring the booking.com rate.

Unacceptable condition and not ready.
Liked: Hotel was nice. But the room was in a bad condition. We only there for 1 hour or less. While working with customers service and calling Booking.
Disliked: We walked into a room smelling mold. The carpet was soak wet puddle of water. Water was coming down from the ceiling and walls. They change room again still the same issue. Had the worker see with his own eye and he said there no other open room so we had to cancel out stay and find a different place. We had to call and cancel the stay with booking cause we booked through them. Was told to get my refund on the booking and cancelation fee back with in 7-15 days. Still til today been a month now and no refund. We have a disability child that have health issue too. So this was unacceptable. This place was not even prepared. And really in a bad shape. After driving 7 hours and walk into this kind of mess was unacceptable and was not even our fault. We understand thing might happen. But should never let your customers be in a room that is not ready and stay able. I took video of the second room but didn't do the first which was the worst one. All the room was on 1 floor that had issue. But the secind room i booked for my paren was on yhe second floor. Called last week to the hotel and see what going on with my refund and she said during that week before my stay. They did have a issue about flooding on the first level of the hotel. I'm really frustrated about all this calling back and forth between booking and hotel to get my money back. Need to be responsible for your mistake. I hate to give bad review to business. This is my first time giving review. Hopefully no one need to go through the same issues like us.

All in all it wasn’t...
Liked: The room was clean, check in clerk was nice.
Disliked: The neighborhood isn’t the best. The door to my room was hard to open and shut. Wasn’t a big deal it locked, which is all I care about. They were steam cleaning the carpets in the lobby, which is great, but probably should be done before check in. Maybe someone made a mess. Who knows.(:

Decent for price
Liked: The rooms were spacious.
Disliked: They rooms were kind of run down. I rented a king suite and had 5 people staying in it, but they only gave us 2 towels. When I called front desk they said they did not have towels until the morning when housekeeping got there.

Liked: I canceled the reservation as soon as I got there.
Disliked: I canceled the reservation as soon as I got there. I was told upon arrival that I had to wait on someone to unlock all of the doors to the facility in order to get anywhere. It didn’t seem to be in a safe area. They did not have their snacks/food stocked for anyone’s convenience.

Horrible
Disliked: We didn’t even get to stay, we got to the property long after confirming a reservation months before and even calling ahead to check it was still available. We were emailed a confirmation with the price booked. Once we arrived the front desk the attendant stated it would be almost double the original booking price. We had already planned for the incidental fees, however the extra charges were more than 100 dollars over the price before the incidentals. We explained we had a confirmed booking and showed her the email but they stated they could not honor the price booked because the fees charged were state taxes, hotel fees and other assorted taxes/fees. We contacted booking and they could t resolve the issue either. Then I received an email from the property stating that our reservation was cancelled without me asking for it! So we were left without accommodations and an event we had to be at within the next few hours. Bookings staff said the only thing they could do was try to find another accommodation or I could do it and have the difference refunded to me. I have never ever been so livid. We were basically out of a room because of the worst customer service I’ve exceeded experienced. I will never book anything with booking again and will be seeking legal action. I never asked for it to be cancelled and I was on the property. This property has a history per their reviews of being rude and they were, it’s such a dirty hotel just from entrance, things were stained black from the dirt, carpets weren’t swept, pool was closed for repairs.
