Clean hotel, maybe overpriced for...

Liked: We had to ask multiple times to get in room supplies like coffee and towels replenished over a three day stay. No hair dryer in room, had to call for that when it was advertised it was in room. Thermostat was hidden behind a lamp and someone had set the air to 61. We finally found it on our last day there. No one at front desk most times when we were going in and out daily.

Great hotel and stay!

Liked: Spacious and clean room, great location, safe area and friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast hot menu options were the same each day.

Nice room only complaint is...

Liked: Location was close to where we needed to be, room was nice and clean
Disliked: only complaint is the free breakfast.. which wasn't anything honestly.. very disappointed

Disliked: Customer service was abismal, we contacted the property before hand via email, booking.com message and phone to let them know we would arrive in the middle of the night (2 babies and 8 months pregnant), we got there amd no one was in reception, we waited for 25 minutes and looked around at 3am and no one was around, finally this giy comes out amd is extremely u helpful amd didnt apologise even. When we were leaving my husband had a baby in arms and a 2YO crying amd following while he was looking for the suitcase trolley, reception guy looked up pointed at the trolley and turned around. Worst cuatomer experience we’ve ever encounteres
