The stay was very good!

Liked: The staff were very nice. The room was clean. It was in a great location. I plan on coming back next year.
Disliked: I didn’t see anything I didn’t like.

Wouldnt stay there again

Liked: Room was ok
Disliked: Customer service was abismal, we contacted the property before hand via email, booking.com message and phone to let them know we would arrive in the middle of the night (2 babies and 8 months pregnant), we got there amd no one was in reception, we waited for 25 minutes and looked around at 3am and no one was around, finally this giy comes out amd is extremely u helpful amd didnt apologise even. When we were leaving my husband had a baby in arms and a 2YO crying amd following while he was looking for the suitcase trolley, reception guy looked up pointed at the trolley and turned around. Worst cuatomer experience we’ve ever encounteres
