Hotel was in a great location but we were charged twice by the hotel for one night due to some sort of error with the credit card machine. This charge caused overdraft fees on my account that the hotel did not care about or fix. Nor apologetic in any way.

Disliked: Service was bad. Not helpful in any way.

Disliked: They turned off tv one hours before the time to check out would have done and the they opened the door twice time before the hours we should have left the room, the check out should have been at 12pm, that situation was so rude they must respect the time we have been there.
