Hotel was in a great location but we were charged twice by the hotel for one night due to some sort of error with the credit card machine. This charge caused overdraft fees on my account that the hotel did not care about or fix. Nor apologetic in any way.

Disliked: Service was bad. Not helpful in any way.

Liked: Great staff; nice hotel; good amenities; easy check in/out; valet was good; liked the bathroom/closet.
Disliked: Odd room configuration.

Great start and very helpful...

Liked: We were afraid the trailer we had to carry our mobility scooters would be an issue with parking as it has at other hotels, but the valet people saw it as no problem and helped us out with it. We also had one of the scooters lose a nut from its steering while we were running around and when we got it back to the hotel they happily helped us. Each time the front desk people saw us they happily said hello and even asked how we were doing.
