Hotel was in a great location but we were charged twice by the hotel for one night due to some sort of error with the credit card machine. This charge caused overdraft fees on my account that the hotel did not care about or fix. Nor apologetic in any way.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Service was bad. Not helpful in any way.

Liked: Great staff; nice hotel; good amenities; easy check in/out; valet was good; liked the bathroom/closet.
Disliked: Odd room configuration.

Hotel room is good, breakfast...

Liked: Very spacious. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The room was too hot. The toilet in the “handicapped bathroom” was lower than the ADA’s requirement. Parking was expensive.

Liked: Staff was very personable. Had a problem when we checked in with our tv. Didn’t work was upgraded to a full suite. Loved it.
Disliked: Noise outside the hotel was extremely loud.

Liked: Everything was very nice. Clean and newer than ones we’ve stayed in before. Walking distance to lots of attractions.
Disliked: Breakfast gets a little boring.
