Hotel was in a great location but we were charged twice by the hotel for one night due to some sort of error with the credit card machine. This charge caused overdraft fees on my account that the hotel did not care about or fix. Nor apologetic in any way.

Liked: Great staff; nice hotel; good amenities; easy check in/out; valet was good; liked the bathroom/closet.
Disliked: Odd room configuration.

Disliked: Old fashioned and medium maintenance.Only valley parking that cost extra.Only payed parking.Very basic breakfast

Liked: Was in a good location from the Dart. Very clean. Rooms were very spacious clean and the bed was very comfy.

Liked: Breakfast was terrific and there was the bonus of the theatre room to watch the game; however, staff weren't able to assist when we couldn't connect so we ultimately had to abandon our plans to watch the game on the large tv and go back to our room
Disliked: while we didn't report this until we left because it wasn't a deal-breaker, one bathroom and the kitchen light weren't working, and neither was the HVAC. Clearly, the rooms aren't checked completely on a regular basis.
