Liked: Breakfast was actually good for a hotel. I don't normally eat hotel breakfast often. Not a fan of powdered eggs and precooked bacon. However, their breakfast was actually decent. Beds were comfy, facilities were clean, staff was friendly. When we moved the sofa bed to make tv viewing for our kid better, it was actually clean behind it! Not something you find often. We had a little kitchenette which was nice. They also accommodated our dog which was great. Overall, would recommend.
Disliked: Space between the tub and toilet was tight but no big deal.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for where we had to be. I loliked the large rooms.
Disliked: I did not like the toilet, it was to low. I had my 80 year old mother with me and she could not get off the toilet or in the shower. That was a disappointment.

Liked: The staff was kind
Disliked: The second day there was a power outage and my paralyzed, wheelchair bound son was unable to get ready for the day, and he became very anxious that he was seemingly stuck on the 3rd floor. I had to ask the staff to please call the local fire department to provide him a way out. After some convincing, he agreed and was carried out in his chair, but this was more than a task. Family showed up to help his caregiver carry all their bags, and his care supplies down 3 flights of stairs. It would be nice to receive some sort of compensation, even though the staff was kind.

Very nice hotel, will definitely...

Liked: place was very clean, staff wonderful and helpful. Due toA power outage, Did not receive breakfast, no water or electricity when we woke up.Got dressed in the dark. A gentleman in the lobby who worked there gave me a flashlight so I could use the bathroom. Staff went above and beyond during this issue
Disliked: NA

I will stay here again...

Liked: Gen Steele was the manager and she was so helpful and accommodating. On the way out a meal was left from dinner and she herself went back up to the room to grab it. She also checked on my guest and I each time she saw us in the hotel . Gen had very great customer service.
Disliked: The property was wonderful .
