Liked: The staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The pool was freezing, I don't know if the heat was on at all ? Was not enjoyable

Disliked: There air-conditioning didn't work in the room, they wouldn't give me another room, or allow me to cancel the reservation it was 90 degrees outside and we have a 4 year old, the room was hot and they gave us a little fan. They said they were fully booked; and the parking lot was more than half empty.

Disliked: It was so busy we didn’t get to use the outdoors stuff and breakfast was always out of a lot of food do to the busy place .

Liked: Rooms were beautiful and clean
Disliked: Room not ready by check in time - despite them knowing we were waiting in the lobby for it to be ready. The included breakfast ended at 9am so had to be up by 8:30 to even get breakfast.

Will not stay here again

Disliked: The elevator was broken (we were on the first floor so it wasn't needed) the problem was they decided to reset it resulting in an alarm going off TWICE when I was putting my kid to bed - yes the work was done at 8pm at night! There was also no hair dryer in the suite (provided when asked, but inconvenient) and I had to make 2 calls for towels- even after putting the sign on the door requesting service. The breakfast was the same all 3 days and not much variety, the fruit was fresh though.

Liked: I like the suites- they were clean, comfortable and spacious
Disliked: A restaurant would have been nice, but there were many restaurants nearby
