Liked: The breakfast was the best part.
Disliked: I did not like my room at all. I think I was in an out of order room although I was assured I wasn't. Dishwasher broken, kitchen light did not work, handle on the refrigerator door was broke . One other issue I won't put here. When I mentioned everything at check it, the nice lady did offer to try and find me a different room, but I worked in the hotel industry and I knew it wouldn't be possible to turn the room over for re-sell. When I called the front desk in the morning, I got hung up on, not very professional. I walked down and spoke to the Executive Housekeeper and although she was very nice, I felt I got shrugged off. She did come to the room and attempt to fix the handle on the refrigerator but that really wasn't a concern. I had asked for fresh sheets and was told no because they do housekeeping every other day, even with the issue they wouldn't do it. Not very good and I am a Hilton Honors member, terrible stay. Won't stay again. Even tho I made my reservation through booking.com, I was told when in the industry every reservation counts.

Disliked: The pool wasn’t open at all which was the only reason we chose this hotel. We weren’t told about the pool until after we paid which was completely out of place! The stag was ok but could’ve been better

Liked: Breakfast was great! The waffle maker didn't seem to work right, but otherwise, the food was actually really good -- which was surprising.
Disliked: Only one TV in the room worked (there were two). The TV that did work only had like 8 channels, which was super frustrating. We called down to the front desk and they had just said "turn to channel 22 and it should work". Doing that worked on one TV but the other one didn't stay on nor did any channels work. We booked a 1 bedroom King Suite with a pull out couch. In the reservation, I advised it would be 4 people, which means we would need both beds. The room did not include sheets, a comforter, or pillows for the pull out couch, so we called down to ask for this. They brought sheets and pillows. We had to ask for a comforter a second time when we got back later from a concert we were attending. The indoor pool wasn't functional at the time of our visit. The staff was bare minimum. It seemed like the only people working were the front desk.

Disappointing for a Hilton. I...
Liked: The breakfast was good. I liked the bedroom & bathroom space in the room. It was decently clean. A lot of Dust on the walls but ok. The front desk manager handled our situation well and was very understanding. Overall, It was very deceitful to not let people know in the summer time that your pool is closed prior to booking. And It’s been closed for 6 months!
Disliked: The pool was closed and I was not informed. I booked this hotel for the pool and I called the front desk a month prior to ask about the pool hours before my cancellation date. They told me it closed at 8pm! The front desk manager told me when I arrived for check in that it was closed. And had been closed for 6 months. That was my whole purpose of booking this room for my children to enjoy the pool and then we had to drive 20 mins to get to another pool at another hotel. It was very inconvenient. This should have been said when booking and definitely the front desk staff should know this information as well when people are calling. The tvs did not have streaming nor did they have many channels to choose from. The WiFi wasn’t stable on that side of the hotel. It was so hot in the hallways. The thermostat in the main room wasn’t working. My kids had to use my hot spot to have something to watch on the tablets. The key card scanner on our door kept coming off. And the side door to the hotel was not locked & the key card scanner was off and anyone can come in the side door if they pull it hard enough. This hotel needs a lot of work. I was happy to be compensated for this inconvenience but I will not be back.
