Disliked: There was only one elevator and due to the number of customers there may have been times when you may have to wait 3 to 5 minutes

Safe, clean and accommodating for...

Liked: We stay here often, several times a year, in fact. Staff were wonderful, as always. Check-in and check-out personnel are professional and warm. The bed is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and the hallways are always clean. Really appreciate the black-out curtains, ice machine works and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is convenient with great parking and ease of access to markets and eateries. Very safe and accommodating for families.
Disliked: Unfortunately, just until recently, the quality is not what we were used to from prior stays. The hot water in the shower was not always hot; more like lukewarm. The TV remotes did not always work; you have to take them down to the lobby for fresh batteries. And, unfortunately, the breakfasts were not as before. While the kitchen staff work very hard and clearly knows what they are doing in keeping it clean and refreshed; the food was not hot, hot oatmeal was not always available and the selection was more limited than before. Perhaps budget cuts? But, again, the staff are warm and responsive and tries their best.

Liked: The room was amazing, promised space and delivered and also great bathroom space.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little rough

A tad pricy, but great...

Liked: The carpet, bed, curtains, paintings, and lights were all great and gave the room a good look. The sofa and table were great for relaxing and looking things up. The desk was perfect for work like activities. The bathroom overall was nice, especially the light up mirror and glass shower. The lobby vibe was decent too. I enjoyed all the green outside as well.
Disliked: The price was up there (maybe because I booked so late).If I’m going to be picky, the lamps in the room used both white and yellow lights. They shouldn’t be mixed unless it’s the kitchen or work space….The shower head pressure was nice, but I couldn’t find any softer setting for washing hair. You could occasionally hear people outside the door pretty easily, however no problems at night thankfully.

This hotel made our stay...

Liked: My family travels yearly to different cities. We love your hotel because of the pool, basketball court, and the grill area. My family love those areas especially when traveling with kids and adults. The best part is having a meeting room right next to the pool, basketball court, and grill area. We use that area foe our elderly family members who doesn't like being outside.
Disliked: No complaints.
