Disliked: I didn’t get the right room. The main lobby where the coffee is located was not stocked no cream and sugar and underneath in the cabinets were nasty with trash. In my room it was water bottles under the bed. Called the front desk and was notified there were no other rooms available.

Terrible communication from booking.com

Disliked: They were overbooked and told us there were no rooms. This is after I had confirmed the reservation on Friday, October 16, 2024. At 12:30 am, we were told there were no rooms. We had a 2 1/2 drive home and reached our home at 3:00 am. We are not happy with booking.com. The hotel staff said they had no information about us and tried to get it from booking, but couldn’t reach you

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Incredibly dirty. Horrible smell throughout the building and in the rooms, likely a deodorizer but instead had a deplorable smell. Had splash stains on the walls, dirty everything, terrible shape. It felt condemned. Front desk wast there when checking in, was not there when checking out, We left minutes after looking around the room. Front desk person was not there at checkout, and honestly we didn't want to hang out there any longer than we had to, not even long enough to complain or check out. We just left. Didn't stay.

Disliked: Everything. It was DISGUSTING. I'm convinced that this room has never properly been cleaned. I want my money back.
