Liked: It was clean and the staff were very kind
Disliked: It is over priced, the beds are super hard and the pillows need to be replaced. Also there was only one person on duty when we arrived. We waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes because the attendant was repairing a TV for someone. Not her fault at all, she needed some help.

Liked: Location was safe and close to all restaurants and stores. The room was spacious and super clean. Everything we needed was there for us. Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Pretty much liked everything, just had a hard time sleeping and feeling rested. Don't think it had anything to do with our stay at the hotel.

Awesome suite for a short...

Liked: The location of the hotel is tucked away from the main road but is easy to get to everything you would want. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all close by. I have stayed before at this hotel but I don’t recall the facility having a breakfast like I experienced during my current stay. Very awesome variety for all that is included.
Disliked: Unfortunately the influencing reason for my choice of this hotel was one of the biggest letdowns. This hotel has a very nice pool with hot tub but it unknowingly was closed due to future planned improvements. I learned about this just moments before traveling down from Columbus. When checking in, the front desk did offer a solution of the use of the pool of the Tru next door since Tru is a Hilton hotel as well. Kudos for the alternative option but this would have changed my choice of hotel had I known about this prior to booking.

Liked: Location . Able to use Tru Hilton pool.
Disliked: Hot tub, pool closed. Renovations and odor. Water off for hours at 9 am. Water pressure lacking .Breakfast lacking of a Hilton. Other pool freezing that we could us across the parking lot. Outdoor TV no remote and could not turn on. Hole in bathroom near towel bat

Liked: Awesome room...fantastic breakfast
Disliked: when we checked in, sign showed pool and hot tub were not available. We specifically chose to stay here with the intent of using both thru the evening. With todays technology, that information could have been on the booking site, as I made the reservation about 16 hours before arrival. We would have chosen a different place to stay otherwise. There was no television service either, from the time we arrived, until we left. Thank goodness for a tablet, and Youtube TV ! (except you couldn't cast to the tv, just had to watch on tablet)
