Liked: I enjoyed the location. It was perfect for our plans. The view was nice, breakfast was good, the hotel was clean.
Disliked: We had an issue with the heat in our room and the lady at the front desk in the evening was rushing me off the phone and the maintenance guy was also rushing and making it seem like there wasn’t an issue but cold air was blowing out instead of heat. The new room was much better and the heat worked right away. The ladies at the front during the morning were great but between the lady during the evening and the maintenance guy me and my partner were pretty irritated and their handling of the issue almost ruined our stay. We were inconvenienced and it would’ve been better if they were more apologetic during the situation and even offer some kind of incentive for the inconvenience caused.

Liked: Rooms are clean and spacious, with a great kitchen area. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area large with plenty of space. The hotel is close to lots of great restaurants. Parking was at the site and easy to access also free. Staff was very helpful.
