Disliked: Here’s a more direct, unpolished version of the review:Stayed at this hotel from November 23-25 but left early because the experience was awful. Check-in was at 4 PM, and we were immediately told there might be outages for entertainment in the room because “people would be working on things.” Why even assign a room you plan on working on? That’s just basic common sense, which apparently doesn’t exist among the staff here.They offered me a “city view” for an extra charge, but what I actually got was a room on the lowest floor with a lovely view of the hotel’s overhang. The room itself clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages—my kids and I were sneezing constantly because of the dust. When I called the front desk to address this, I was basically told, “It is what it is.” What kind of response is that?Then I thought, “Oh, of course. This is a Brandon Johnson-run city—guess I should’ve expected ‘it is what it is.’”Don’t waste your time or money here. Terrible experience all around.Let me know if you’d like to adjust the tone further!

Liked: excellent location, great room (maybe a bit too big). The fridge and the microwave came into regular use. The laundry room is very convenient too.Polite and helpful staff.
Disliked: The room and bathroom seemed excessively big. Also, no need to run the dish washing machine for just one glass and one plate, a bit wasteful.
