Disappointing

Disliked: Only one elevator was working so getting to breakfast or even out to do anything for the day took at least 15-30 minutes. On the last day for breakfast my husband sent me in the elevator while him and our children took the stairs (I had to open the stairwell door because there was no reentry)

Cozy and comfortable with short...

Liked: Location is excellent! Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Fantastic Asian restaurant on site. Corner room with amazing views of the city!
Disliked: One of the 2 elevators seemed to be out of order, so there were long lines to use the elevator every time. Also, since the hotel is so close to the L, the trains are loud. But we had a corner room, so maybe not as loud for inner rooms.

It was a good stay...

Liked: I am a vegan so I never got the opportunity to eat from the restaurant. I requested for vegan meals but I did not get it. That was the only disappointment
Disliked: Non availability of vegan meals

Poor

Disliked: Lift was not working and room phone also was not working, so that ended no communication to find desk out any hotel staff. We did complain the phone issue although everyone complained about the lift but no use none of the helped in resolving.

It could be perfect... but...

Liked: Location and room space are good!
Disliked: Unfortunately one single problem became the stay unpleasant... only one elevator was working... it was terrible to handle it...

Liked: Breakfast was a good selection, with a good offering of items both hot and cold The menu for each day is in your room so you can decide to go for breakfast or skip it based on menu Staff very friendly and helpful

Recommend

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-regulated heating. The included breakfast, while basic, was sufficient to start the day. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher in the room.
Disliked: Doing laundry at the hotel proved to be quite challenging. There was no coin machine for change, and the reception staff were unhelpful in this regard and dismissive. Additionally, with one washing machine out of order and only one functional machine available, the facilities were inadequate for a hotel of this size.
