Disliked: The pool area is kinda of small to be scared between two hotels. The same with breakfast the area should be alot bigger. Also the tv picture didnt work but the sound did

I will never stay at...

Liked: Nothing you can’t do nothing but be quiet you have to clean your own room or they going to take your security deposit

Great location, Clean and tidy

Liked: Great location! Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was very clean, very comfortable and Huge! We had a corner suite. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast.

EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR THE FAMILY

Liked: Good location, many shops close by. Breakfast was great lots of option the orange juice was superb! Room was very clean, the property even grant my request for a nice window view. Pool and Hot tub was great too! All in all our family like and enjoyed our 3 nights stay in the hotel. We already planning to come back this summer. Thank you so Homewood suites
Disliked: Only the parking lot. Very expensive though it’s understandable it’s in downtown.

Disliked: The lady who checked us in didn’t even give us joined rooms she told me I didn’t request it and I did In fact request that. Also she was very racially rude to us.! You could tell all in her voice and the way she treated the guest before us and after us that us being African American was the problem. It was reported but no one even reached out to me to try and see if there was even a resolution.!
