Disliked: No room service they do not do nothing for there guests but tell you what they can’t do. I had to carry my baby and carry my own 5 big bags by myself. No help no luggage carrier nothing I asked for it they didn’t care way to over price for no room service no good customer hellpppp! No parking of there own you to park away from hotel but what about the people that have a lot of luggage?! And for it’s to be an upscale hotel and over priced why are the beds so hard! My back was hurting felt like I slept on the couch. Front desk people are useless ! Would help for nothing just tell you what they can’t do. I will never waste my time at this hotel again made my out state trip horrible!

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The price didn’t match for the value of an overnight room. I didn’t check in until 1 am & still paid the full price. Breakfast closed to early compared to other hotels I rush art over previous years.

Exceptional

Liked: We got a free room upgrade from booking and the room was truly impressive. We caught flu while traveling to Chicago so we had to spend a couple of days in bed with high temperature. Fortunately it was much more pleasant to do in a beautiful and spacious room. Strongly recommend this hotel. One of the best business hotel experiences we had.
Disliked: There were some minor issues but they are not even worth mentioning especially considering the amazing price that we got for our stay.
