Pleasant

Disliked: Overall a pretty good stay but I rated it a 6 because our floor smelled like cigarettes and the valet took an hour but they did give us our valet fee back. A lot of people had to wait a long time during checkout. However, the staff was nice and it’s in a good location.

Liked: The ad made it sound like there was a nice restaurant on site and never mentioned a $45 valet only parking

Breakfast area is too small...

Liked: Hated the 45.00 fee for parking. No room service. Not much to offer. Would not recommend.
Disliked: The marijuana smell in our room was burning our eyes and making us cough. The staff didn’t take us serious and when we finally got a manager he couldn’t find the source of it. It would fill up our room then after 15 min start to go away. This continued our entire stay.

Very Nice rooms. Clean. Comfy...

Liked: Very clean, staff was friendly. Softest and comfiest sheets and comforter I’ve felt in a hotel; and I’ve stayed in “fancy” ones. Rooms were very nice!!
Disliked: The bar/restaurant was completely out of food! Bartender put water in my cocktail, never seen that before. Why water down whisky? Crazy. A bit hard to find, right next to a place called “the Ellis”.
