Liked: My key did not work at the outside door. I called the front desk, they came and told me it was a door issue that my key was fine. I went up to the third floor with all my belongings in hand, walked around the corner, all the way down the hall, and the key didn't work. I had to go back downstairs with all of my belongings to get a new key. It was very frustrating, especially since I was already exhausted and went there to have a relaxing night.

I enjoyed my stay !...

Liked: I usually choose this as my go to place whenever it’s an event or something going on because of the setup, kitchen, breakfast, and usually I’m out on the first floor so getting back and forth the my car is quick and easy.
Disliked: This time I was put on the 3rd floor, we didn’t have everything that usually comes in the kitchen, and whoever was above us literally sounded like they were gonna come through the floor at some point. I’m not sure if they were wrestling or what but it repeatedly got to the point where the lights were flickering on and off due to how hard they were hitting against the ceiling. I called and asked for another room multiple times but nothing was done.
