Nice clean hotel close to...

Liked: There was a restaurant and pool bar. The shuttle to cruise terminal was awesome. The staff at the hotel were all great.
Disliked: There was no hot tub to soak in after traveling.

Disliked: At check in, we were given keys to our room. When we opened the door, the room was already occupied. My husband had to go back downstairs to get a new room key. He was told we would be contacted by manager or assistant manager, and would be compensated. That never happened at $366 for one nightBreakfast mediocre

Disliked: Nothing but maybe little break on travelers staying just one night CC to go on family cruise on the price it was a lot just to get there at 6:00 pm and leave at 11:00 am next morning for us. It may not be for some though. Business is business I get it , but service great and staff great and hotel is great

The staff was extremely helpful...

Liked: Free parking and additional parking while we were on our cruise for a nominal fee. We felt secure leaving our vehicle on site of the property while we were sailing.
