Disappointing

Disliked: We booked this property before three month ago of this trip, again got the confirmation email previous starting. When we got there and showed the confirmation No to the staffs, they told us they didn’t have the No. and no vacancy for us. This was a really bad experience! We tried to contact booking service, but nobody response the phone. Horrible booking service! We had to looking for other hotels. Unfortunately that was holiday and school open season, all hotels were full. That night we had to stay in car whole night.

Disliked: Outdated, not invested since its opening, very musty place. Unacceptable level of noise generated by outside aircoolers. Reception Staff not interested, breakfast poor.

Exceptional

Comfy and clean and too...

Liked: Pleasant stay, comfortable room. Lots of amenities (full fridge, hot plate, sink for washing dishes as well as table, desk and couch). Pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety.
Disliked: Biggest complaint would be a recurring noise in our room throughout the night. Like a banging/drip noise that would start and then slowly stop every half hour to hour. We were so tired from our day that we did not have the energy to ask to switch rooms. Ice machine was GROSS!!!!!!
