Disliked: That I only had one burner working on the stove part in my room other then that place was great

Beautiful room but 2nd bed...

Disliked: The 2nd bad advertised, was a pull out couch. I would have never booked that room if the advertisement indicated the 2nd bed was a couch pull out bed (rate should have been a lot less for that type of bed). I did not sleep well at all and have a sore back now. That pull out bed was not comfortable at all. It was awful.

The Hotel was absolutely worth...

Liked: The Hotel itself was excellent.
Disliked: Some how I was double billed and had to reach out to booking.com several times to get it resolved.

Liked: The convenience to the area attractions.
Disliked: When we arrived it took 30 minutes to register because Becky didn't have the correct password so we had to wait until someone came to assist her. Our reservation stated a 12 o'cl0ck check out, at 9 we had staff check on our time of departure, not nice.
