Liked: Property is run down, staff is not friendly at all. It was huge party going day and late night seems like 50 people at the pool, breakfast area all hours of the day, didn’t feel safe. Room needs deep cleaning and renovation, sheets and towels are not clean. Breakfast is terrible. Will not come and wouldn’t recommend to anyone with kids.
Disliked: Did not like anything at all! Won’t come back.

Liked: The breakfast selection was good. The hotel is also very conveniently located near a shopping center with Publix and Dollar Tree, as well as restaurants and gas station. I like how close it is to the beach. I think it's a good value for the cost, but they could improve the cleanliness of the property. I cannot remember the name of the employee working at the front desk on our second day there, but she was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: I feel like they could do a better job maintaining the public areas. The hallways were not very clean. The carpet was dirty, the walls had scuffs and looked dirty as well. Upon arrival in the room, it was decently clean, however, the bathroom was . . . not so great. There seemed to be a blood stain on the wooden shelf in the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower, and something dirty on the lotion bottle by the sink. The mattress on the sofa bed is very thin and uncomfortable, the queen bed itself was not the best either, but it wasn't terrible.
