Liked: This is the second time staying at this hotel and the water has had issues. The first time my husband was in the middle of showering and the water cut off completely. This Sunday we woke up to no water at all and they had no idea of when it would cut back on. This is not something that should continue to happen at a hotel. We stayed the first of October and this was the last of October. Very disappointed
Disliked: The water issues that continue to happen at every stay.

Apartment-like Living

Liked: It was very much like a one bedroom apartment. Very nice. We were impresssed.
Disliked: We had large luggage. There wasn't much space for it. We had to create space. Also, the location was a bit secluded. It was away from the heart of the city. As visitors, we wanted to see more of Birmingham.
