Great experience, would recommend to everyone! Staff was great; clean room; delicious breakfast; relaxing hot tub, and the list goes on!

Disliked: Room was slightly still dirty. Not fully wiped down, left over items in pull out couch. Not enough towels and rags fir the number of people staying in the room.

Liked: The room was a suite. We liked how big it was.
Disliked: We were on the opposite side of the building. Long walk to breakfast. At first it was confusing as to how to get there. You need signs to Lobby.

Will not stay again

Liked: The price seemed like a great deal. The exterior was very nice. Parking was convenient.
Disliked: Our first room was filthy. Within 5-10 minutes of getting to our room I called the front desk to let the receptionist know that there was pink and black mold all over our shower and that it was filthy. She stated to come back to the front desk and she would change our room out. I showed her the photos and at first she shrugged her shoulders but as I continued to swipe so she could see that the entire shower and showerhead were covered in black mold she apologized and gave us another room. The second room's shower still had mold in it but not nearly as bad as the first room. We had booked a king suite and the new room had the dishwasher running when we walked in...there was still trash from the previous occupant in the kitchen can and there was dust all over the wall above the bed, on the lampshades, and the ceiling fan over the bed, not too mention the black mold all around the windows....I didn't even bother to call down to the front desk if this was supposed to be what they had to offer to make amends for the first room. Luckily we were only staying overnight...changed our clothes to go out for the evening, returned around 11pm, checked out at 8am...didn't bother trying the breakfast given the conditions. Front desk attendant asked how it was and I said, not great. She said, Oh okay. You are all checked out. Happy Holidays.
