Liked: The suite has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. They offer free hot breakfast which is better than I expected. Staff is helpful, room is clean, bed is comfy, parking is free.
Disliked: To nitpick there was a broken baseboard at the corner of our bathroom. Not a big deal though.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Lovely outdoor terrace with lots of seating and barbecues. Beds very comfortable. Convenient for travelling by train in to San Francisco
Disliked: Staff not trained very well regarding the secure safe boxes kept at reception. Safe in room is more convenient. COULD NOT USE THE LAUNDRY! AS WE DO NOT HAVE A ZIP CODE. Only US citizens able to download the app to use the washing machine! very disappointed.Also didn't like having plastic cutlery at the breakfast buffet at the weekend. This was not the case during the week!

Wonderful stay. Loved every minute...

Liked: The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. I love that we had a full kitchen and access to a bbq. You save so much money cooking instead of going out to eat. There are lots of grocery stores nearby also.
Disliked: The only issue I had was the mattress. It wasn’t very comfortable but then again what hotel mattresses are?

Liked: Beyond expectation for the price we pay. Rooms with safety features. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.
Disliked: Wish there's hot waffle/pancake for breakfast.
