Disliked: It was not clean(Hilton standard). Rooms were dated and dirty need updating. Carpet ripped. Couch too low and sagging from usage.

Tired hotel but great location...

Liked: Great location, good resources in room and comfortable beds.Staff warn, happy snd helpful.
Disliked: Advertised with free WiFi and a Business Centre but WiFi was patchy and often out during our stay and the Business Centre was out of order.Staff contacted AT&T but nothing was resolved.Decor tired with peeling paint and wallpaper, badly stained carpets, broken sinks plugs and waster disposal and mould in bathroom, so hotel needs investment.Breakfast ok but few vegetarian options and coffee was cold at breakfast and in reception.

Disliked: This hotel cancelled my stay without warrant. My plane was delayed so I called the hotel to say I was late. They said they'd enter the info into their computer and that I could electronically check-in which I did. When I got the the hotel they said they canceled my reservation and did not have any rooms available.

Liked: The breakfast is very good . The staff there are smiling and helping everyone. They are professional.
Disliked: The couches and carpets were stained, there were cockroaches in our room, and the sofa bed had springs sticking out of it. The air conditioning distribution is weak--- one room was freezing, while the other was hot. The staff at the front desk was also rude to us, and never sent us the pillows we asked them for.
