Had a great stay.
Liked: Hostess at breakfast was great.
Disliked: Parking should be included.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room. Couch was stain. Tub had hair in it. One of the beds was very wobbly

RUDE and Royally Ripped off....
Liked: The rooftop courtyard The area.
Disliked: Day 1 check in lady made me wait until after 3 I was there 10 minutes early but she would not even look at me until 3 told me to wait until 3, I stood there until it was exactly 3. I went up to the counter and the woman said sorry shift change at 3 it'll be a few more minutes. I hope you watch videos of staff this is all truth. Now there's a line out the door and everyone is ready to fight because they were loosing order in the line and people were cutting each other. People were shouting, I just wanted to drop off my key do I need to stand in line. I paid an extra 125$ for my puppy and parking,$125!?!! Then I get home and get a Then I get home and get a $100 Parking violation in the mail I parked where we were told! Then I call an because I did it on booking and the other half (puppy and parking) separate... They can't find me as a customer. My God I asked what do I do? I can't be the only one. What a rip off what a horrible robin hood parking scam what a scam because I booked through booking I can't get help.

Liked: Great place, comfortable stay.
Disliked: Some minor issues -- the bath drain couldn't be plugged properly, so I could only shower. And there wasn't a kettle to make tea, only a little coffee machine, but I made it work!

Good vibe
Liked: Hi,Seems like random people can just come into hotel and roam. There was a lot of that happening, especially around breakfast time. Overall the gym, the pool, and the breakfast was great. Location is close to great restaurants and the harbor.
