Stayed here for two nights in July 2014 to attend a Def Leppard/KISS concert at the Austin 360 Amphitheater. The hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. Very close-in, convenient drive from/to the airport to the hotel, and then to the amphitheater and back. The very nice lady at the front desk made an excellent suggestion about where to dine out the first evening. I did not make it down to breakfast either day, but late night back following the concert I was able to purchase a decent frozen entree from their small convenience pantry to prepare in my room. Check-out went very well, with a courteous send off with a hot cup of fresh coffee!

Liked: Ample, free parking; well-lit lot - felt safe, even at night; friendly, knowledgable staff; efficient check-in; immaculate housekeeping with room fully stocked for a comfortable stay; soft linens, pillows, towels, and bedding; quiet; well-kept pool, garden and veranda out back; complimentary coffee.
Disliked: Front entry needed sweeping.

Liked: Very large rooms, nice kitchen and lvg area. Great bathroom too. Large comfy king bed and very clean. Wonderful breakfast! Area was quiet, safe, lots of nearby restaurants within a short drive.
Disliked: Showing some wear and tear. Wish they had week night managers reception like some some other locations, front desk guy said only on Weds due to limited staff. Also we stayed 3 nights but my room was never serviced but then again I didnt really need anything. I didnt see any bar, restaurant of mini mart within near by walking distance.

Will stay again.
