Liked: very nice place and nice friendly staff.
Disliked: no hot water in the shower and I was too exhausted to tell anyone.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was unclean and it smelled horrible, I didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving so I basically gave the company free money. I switched rooms and it still was dirty.

Liked: The location and cleanliness was great!
Disliked: Booked my reservations online and was told it was pay at property. My card was charged 8am in the morning prior to my arrival without my knowledge. Called facility and front desk clerk reported she did only because her facility was close to capacity. I explained to her I had not left town to head to the location, I was told that it would be done when I got there and it was not even checkin time. I expressed to her my disappointment in this due to this has never happen before with using booking.com.
