The room was great. Staff was beyond pleasant and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here, and would love to visit again!

Low expectations

Liked: The beds were comfortable, yet pillows flat. Hot showers. The hotel offered the exact style of room needed to separate my working area from my sleeping area. Seemed to be in a safe space as police were in every nearby parking lot. Though it’s run of the mill, they do offer breakfast
Disliked: The staff was horrendous. I had A terrible check in experience with the 2nd shift staff. They didn’t inform me of renovations going on at the property, the heat in room 614 did not work inside the bedroom, only the seating/kitchen area. Even though the unit didn’t work, somehow condensation got in and it froze my coat to it! I waited To speak with staff regarding all my concerns once the general manager returned and she did not have the time to speak with me…. If your expectations are low but pockets are large, sure’ stay here!

Overall good, just some minor...

Liked: The staff at the front desk were amazing. Easy check in and out. Informed us of breakfast hours and other hotel amenities..
Disliked: One of the bath towels had a used bandaid in it.The extra blanket stored in the closet had weave balled up in it.The glasses in the cabinet were dirty.When plugging in the lamp in the room, it smelled like someone had struck a match, so we unplugged it.The sink for the bathroom had a slow drain.
