Great Location with few great...

Liked: The staff was very friendly each day, a decent location of where we had to go within walking distance and the room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the suite comfort and how we had our own little "room" within the suite. The bar area was nice and entertaining.
Disliked: The king bed was slightly uncomfortable, the showers in both room areas of the suite took 7-10mins to warm up the water for a shower, and each door to the rooms of the suite would not just close, we had to push them closed as they were uneven to the framework. The breakfast was disappointing, we had biscuits each day but with no gravy which normally you see, then one morning kitchen staff was slightly tempered when asked about more eggs (had to wait a good time for).

Great downtown location

Liked: Walking distance to the Classic Center and downtown restaurants.
Disliked: Pillows were kind of lumpy and only had 3 pillows so hubby and I had to draw straws to see who got 2 pillows.

Not worth the money.

Liked: Comfortable bed and good layout for family of four. Located close to downtown.
Disliked: Arrived late a night to king suite with two kids. Had to go down to front desk twice to get bedding for kids pull out (none in room). Staff were apathetic to needs. Bed was comfortable but bedding very rough. Two towels for family of four and one roll of toilet paper. No hot water the first day but better the second. While facilities were clean and comfortable, unfortunate that the basic things needed in room were not attended to and was our responsibility to take care of.

Could have been better

Liked: The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had multiple inconvenient situations occur during our stay. They changed us twice for our booking and they didn't have a room big enough for us to stay in.
