Not worth the money.

Liked: Comfortable bed and good layout for family of four. Located close to downtown.
Disliked: Arrived late a night to king suite with two kids. Had to go down to front desk twice to get bedding for kids pull out (none in room). Staff were apathetic to needs. Bed was comfortable but bedding very rough. Two towels for family of four and one roll of toilet paper. No hot water the first day but better the second. While facilities were clean and comfortable, unfortunate that the basic things needed in room were not attended to and was our responsibility to take care of.

Liked: The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had multiple inconvenient situations occur during our stay. They changed us twice for our booking and they didn't have a room big enough for us to stay in.

Liked: this chain of hotels are the best for the price point. Great service wonderful location
Disliked: The fact tht at the bottom of the tub there is nothing to prevent you slipping in the tub. Without all the hand rail in the tub area. I would have most likely fallen out of the tub due to being slippery.

Disliked: It was not clear that parking is valet only and an extra $18 per night. It’s a sketchy area and the dude wanted our car keys before we even checked in. There is no front offloading parking available. It’s a bad vibe from the beginning. You enter the hotel from the parking garage.
