Liked: Room was decent. But we didn't need the kitchen.The Texas shaped waffle was cute.
Disliked: The room was not well cleaned. Tissue under sink, bath floor was dirty, used towel under couch cushion .Heat/AC was VERY LOUD. I turned down the heat so that it would not run while we were sleeping.The eggs were over cooked and very dry. Coffee was weak.

Liked: I loved the great customer service. As I walked in a woman by the name Christina made me feel so welcomed. She was so friendly and she made me feel so comfortable. I recommend your establishment recognize Christina's customer service excellence and loyalty that she displays. I work for a hospital and I do wish I had such great people as Christina. Thank you so much Christina for bring exceptional.

Liked: The staff was alright but I would expect better from the Hilton Co.
Disliked: The couch had fabric pulls all over it. The carpet in the room had stains on it. The bed was pretty hard to sleep on. The bathroom and vanity were clean. No tub though. Breakfast was cold and horrible.
