Won't be back.

Liked: The staff was alright but I would expect better from the Hilton Co.
Disliked: The couch had fabric pulls all over it. The carpet in the room had stains on it. The bed was pretty hard to sleep on. The bathroom and vanity were clean. No tub though. Breakfast was cold and horrible.

Awful

Disliked: Staff were very rude. We arrived at 11pm and the front desk girl asked if I was checking in then ignored me for 10 mins. I then asked if there was a problem and she said the computers were down. Well would have been professional to relay that information as more guests started to arrive. Then another desk lady came and had an attitude. When i eventually got my room it was not the one i booked and was told it was because I had booked it through a third party. Well this has NEVER happened before. Was given the keys and told “ I could go”. After driving 12 hours and just wanting to sleep to be treated this way by a Hilton property is disgraceful. Will never stay at another home wood suites again. I will be filing a complaint if I was charged more for the room they “gave me”. And not the room i had already booked and paid for.
