Liked: We loved the room. It was large and very comfortable. The 1st night was great. The 2nd night there were kids running up and down the halls yelling loudly. And doors were slamming a lot. The 2nd morning the buffet was very crowded. We had to eat elsewhere.
Disliked: All the loud children.

Hotel great value, as usual.....booking...

Liked: I wanted to stay Sat night....you told me the hotel was totally booked....not true, your allotment was likely booked....so we check in on Sun, a room way out at the end of the hotel, for us 2 80 year olds trudging through the hallways.
Disliked: Be more honest with your clients......don't push them to your availability so you can get the commissions...not a way to build relationships. I'll be staying at the hotel, but won't be booking with you. Sorry.....make amends, so we can be friends again.
