We were having trouble finding a reasonably priced hotel to attend a concert with our daughters. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful, she went that extra mile to help us. The room was clean and huge. The breakfast was awesome!

Liked: The lady that helped locating a hotel for us was extremely nice!
Disliked: The hot tub was broken.

Friendly staff and very nice...

Liked: Staff was friendly and our floor was completely remodeled. Very comfy bed and pillows. The gentleman that worked the Continental breakfast was very nice and very proud of his freshly prepared muffins. They were delicious.
Disliked: We called down for extra towels around 8am Saturday morning and never received them. Didn’t wreck our stay but thought it was worth a mention. Still had a really great stay.

Liked: Location - right by clinic my husband was having surgery.Really clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up!!!
Disliked: Someone had a dog with them that was barking a few times but not enough to make it a big problem

Liked: It was okay I wish the food would have been hotter .maybe we were were always later then the other guessts.
Disliked: We ate one evening at the kitchen breakfast bar but only one office chair was available .since it has a mini kitchen at least a chair so 2 people could have a seat.

Liked: The large rooms were great for our family. They were side by side which was awesome!!! Towels at the pool was so nice.
Disliked: Our kitchen table was wobbly and the pull out couch mattress was awful lol. I still slept on it. Our room was changed between booking and showing up where we were short a bed which made me resort to the pull out bed

Liked: Breakfast was good. The room was nice. The pool was good
Disliked: The service was bad , I was there for 4 days and had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The hallways were messy
