Liked: The room, location, breakfast, cleanliness are all satisfying.
Disliked: The female lady at the front desk during our checkout is impolite. Few hours after checkout, she called me to verify something without even proper introduction of herself, the company and the purpose of the call. She started the call with asking on whom am even though she was the one who called me. This is the first time I had such a bad experience with a hotel front desk. I would like file a complain about this experience.
