Liked: Very special hotel with great atmosphere. Beautiful grounds and 20 minutes from Bath city. Friendly staff to people and dogs

Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Comfortable room. Nice area. Good facilities. Dyson hairdryer. Thoughtful touches like sweets and water and milk for the room. Seb was helpful.
Disliked: Why isn’t there a buffet breakfast. Went in for breakfast at least five people got served before us that came in after us. Staff make you feel like they couldn’t care less about you. Receptionist just about made up for poor service with refund but it’s embarrassing having to complain in the first place and shouldn’t happen when customer service is your only job. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Kept awake all night with paper thin walls and banging upstairs. Don’t recommend staying and wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect luxurious relaxation

Liked: Beautiful house and grounds. Eclectic art and decor was great. All the staff friendly and helpful. Useful to have WhatsApp contact for question and help. Suite was spacious and comfortable.All meals were very good and we enjoyed dining in the pod.
Disliked: All was great. Maybe a small gym would be a good addition

Relaxing but too quick

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, as was lunch. Staff were very attentive. Location was relaxing.
Disliked: The spa area was a little too busy for my liking but the facilities were good. Plus the check in time was a little too late for someone coming to stay just for one night.
