Disliked: There was space for everyone’s needs, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the lobby and gym were nice extras

Wasted evening and ruined plans.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The only reason I booked the room at all was so I could enjoy the hot tub for a couple of hours. There were many other places I could have booked more affordable without one. Upon arrival the pool and hot tub area were closed and not useable. We stayed anyway although our home was only 1/2 hour away. I let them know this. No refunds or incentives were offered.

Convenient location in a snow...

Liked: I had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Bel Air! The staff was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to major routes. Breakfast and coffee were of excellent quality, a great way to start the day.One unique perk is access to the Hilton bar and restaurant, though you have to go through the main entrance instead of the Homewood front door, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, during a big snowstorm, the parking lot was impressively cleared, and all the walkways were shoveled promptly, which made getting around stress-free.Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient experience. Highly recommend!
Disliked: While not any fault of Homewood, it was very hard to find a restaurant that had an open kitchen the night of a snow storm. Recommend calling ahead instead of walking or driving to locations that may have closed their kitchen.

Liked: This property is so dirty I have so many videos and pictures. I posted on Google of this property. How dirty the rooms is how dirty the walls is housekeepers. Do not clean these rooms up.
