Not comfortable after the first...

Liked: The size of the room and that they have suites
Disliked: The rooms are not clean properly, the elevators are slow, the staff is not friendly, and my sister had bed bugs in her room and the accommodation they made to fix the problem was not acceptable!!!

Very nice and relaxing.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Totally enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Disliked: The pool needed to be cleaned and the pool area also.

Excellent getaway

Liked: Check in was personal and welcoming. The facilities were clean. The room was very spacious and included snacks
