Disliked: There was no hot water, wasn’t informed and there is no phone in the room

They sent us to another...

Liked: Nothing! We had a book now pay there and they tried to charge my card before I got there and it was locked so they couldn’t and they canceled my reservation so how is that book now pay there ???
Disliked: Nothing it was horrible customer service and experience

Disliked: We asked for the bigger room in a reservation two separate times but didn’t get to change rooms which is something we now get free on our booking account free room upgrades! Think it might have been due to availability though so that isn’t a reason to not enjoy it stay !!! The rooms without the sofa bed in them is smaller but still very much accommodating for us and our son but WE SERIOUSLY NEED SPACE FOR LIL MAN TO RUN N PLAY NOW!!!
