Disliked: I didn't stay because the machine was down and wouldn't pick up the car and the staff was very rude will try again professional speaking and unfriendly small ghetto talk is not what I stand as a person rudeness to the regulars on a new face either i will go over your head the disrespect happens again thanks in advance Tiana

Liked: The room was comfortable and I was able to do what I wanted - cook, bath, sleep. Met my needs.
Disliked: The first staff who attended to me closed my reservation without reaching out to me nor did he do the needful aside from ensuring I had a room to sleep. I appreciate the other staff who attended to me and gave me detailed information about the Hotel, and what I could get, and how.
