Liked: The staff are great. Very attentive very respectful. Debra KB and Yolanda all are great workers. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are fluffy and soft. They have washers and dryers that actually works. the place is quiet. the prices are very affordable.

Disliked: I booked a room for 7 days. Police presence was heavy. On day 2 some one got tazed by police at the 7 eleven for wearing a mask outside. Day 4 the older lady at the front desk started harassing me casue she thought i was one of the kids always getting into trouble. Im 30 years old with 3 kids of my own and i do look young for my age. But discrimination was bad. She would ask what im doing outside then would say up to no good. Once she asked me and my husband to turn the music off as we walked in and we did but then the next day she seen we were in the front and before we even walked in she said aht aht aht like she seen a baby about to put something in their mouth. So we just stayed outside. A fee mins later the police show up and she is demanding what room im in. I told heri dont feel safe telling u that why do i need to. And then she said we were trespasing. So now i have no choice but to have to police escort me to my room and kick me and my 3 kids out at 11 in the middle of the night. I tried to go to a friends room so she could watch my kids for the night and i was told i coulnt do that. And then when i went to say i was going to go talk about a refund an officer told me okay and another said arrest her. So i was then tackled down a flight of stairs and put in cuffs and was threatened with my kids being taken. Meanwhile they are up stairs sleep for school the next day. While i was in a squad car then went to my room knocked on my door entered w.o permission and even spoke and asked my 10 year old questions. He asked a 10 year old if his brothers were conscious and okay asked if they were in school.. I was then told i could be released but my husband had traffic warrant so he would go to jail. I was also told i was only being let go cause i have kids upstairs. And he doesn't wnt to call cps. I was also told i would have to leave when the sun comes up and i wouldnt be able to come back cause of the trespassing.
