Disliked: The room was not clean and the cleaner only swept the dirt and gathered behind the entrance. When I asked them to clean the room, they only wiped the sinks and left the dirt there.

Disliked: Room 201 flooded from the people upstairs, there are people in the hallways doing drugs at night , bodily fluid and paraphernalia everywhere. The first night people fought and broke someone car window. Management didn't want to take my payment for a week through booking but would love for me to pay for an extra 24hrs, the daily price through them plus an 100$ deposit. For one day but wouldn't let me pay for the week. I was super confused why I could pay for one day but not a week. Booking tried to call to see why they would take my payment and they could not get in contact with the property. Management is more worried about you leave the door to the stairs open because it's slams constantly at night next to my room and sounds like gun shots. Than the people doing drugs , fighting over the comfort of their guest. I spent close to 3000$ at this location and to be told 2 hrs before check out that I can't pay for a week because I've been there for 35 days, the management yelled at me and told me it's my fault I didn't check out on the 28th day. When I told them I'll need a little time to get my things they told me to pay for an extra day. If I couldn't pay for the week because I've been there to long why would he allow me to pay an extra day but not the week? I would give this place a 0/10 it's needs to be shut down so many code violations that I will be report.
