Disliked: Was charged twice and have not been able to get refund will warn everyone not to use booking website it’s a scam. Red Roof said that booking has the money and then the emails say booking is trying to get the money from Red Roof

Liked: And there is a $50 deposit that is not stated on the app and when you do the transaction, it is two separate transaction one for the deposit and one for your room day. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. They have three different buildings and one area and the back building pretty much looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Liked: Very cooperative staff from housekeeping to front desk. Well maintained and furnished rooms.
Disliked: Maintenance both outside and inside bldgs was not up to standards. Too much trash is allowed to accumulate in common areas.

I will never stay there...

Liked: The location of my room because the stairs were directly in front of the door. I didn't have pass or bother anyone to leave or come in.
Disliked: The staff were very rude. Not one staff member was pleasant. I tried to have very few interactions with them. When I did it was always something. Also the are not accommodating as they advertised. No breakfast. And no elevators for physically challenged persons.
