Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke, there were holes in the curtains and bed spread and the room was in general disrepair, such as the lamp shade held together with masking tape. There was no waste basket anywhere in the room. The heater was loud with intermittent rattling that interrupted our sleep. The staircase was filthy with trash and pealing paint. There were no blankets on the beds, just a sheet and maybe a thin bedspread. There was no soap and leaky plumbing.

Liked: What I liked the most was the young lady, Sh’koyia that works at the front desk. Every time she saw me she would ask if I need anything. When my neighbors were loud she went down personally and asked them to keep it down and didn’t mention that it was me complaining at all. I’d give her 20 out of 5 stars
Disliked: I didn’t like the other guest. Too much noise and going in and out of the rooms all night. The property could also do a better job of cleaning around the building, like the stair cases and parking lot. The trash is always running over. They might need to hire someone.

Not Very Relaxing

Liked: Decent parking. Close to shopping.
Disliked: There was food left in the refrigerator from the last person. You have to pay extra for any dishes in order to use the kitchenette, which defeated the purpose of staying there to save money on food. You even have to ask for soap & for all I know, they would have charged me for that too, so I just bought some at the dollar store.The first room I was assigned to was really difficult to get open & the deadbolt did not engage, but they did quickly & easily switch me.

Disliked: On the day of my stay they decided to cancel and they did it to like hundreds of other people just so they can make a couple extra money and I already reserved it so yeah they're really poor with service..
