Disappointing to Fair

Liked: It was clean and conveniently located off the highway
Disliked: Upon checking in we weren't allowed into the main lobby (we got there around 4pm) not late to dark at all. Then as I was being checked in the staffer spent time talking to one of his colleagues making my check in process that much longer. The remote didn't work, went to office to get a new one, still didn't work, the AC unit didn't work and there was a really loud room a few doors down. They were so loud it woke us up and we had to call the office to come and take care it, this was at 3:30am!! When we checked out we asked for a discount considering the issues, no discount given, was told the next time, we told the employee, there won't be a next time. Would not stay again and do NOT recommend.
