Disliked: No breakfast. No security. Lots of smoking outdoors. One out of 5 washing machines working. Appliances in kitchenette not working. No soaps .

Disliked: The room needs a complete overhaul, no hot water in the bathroom so I couldn't use the shower, the toilet barely flushed, roaches, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: Rooms were not very clean. Live roaches running around. Mattress had stains all over it and had bed bug covers over them. We walked in and walked out. We did not stay there. Very unhappy with this room.

Worst experience of my life...

Disliked: The water was turned off. We were told it would be on shortly. Three hours later it was not on. The rooms had a strong odor like a bug spray had just been released or set off in them. It was not comfortable and the smell burned my nose. I went to the office and asked when the water would be turned on, she couldn’t tell me. I told her I would need a significant discount if I were to stay she said she couldn’t do that. So I requested a refund. We checked out. She took our cards. I asked for a receipt. She said she would have to email it to us. I gave my email and I still have not received confirmation of refund or any feedback from the broken down motel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
