Very unsatisifed

Liked: It was ok to sleep there but not to stay in the room all day.
Disliked: when we walked in there was a hole punch in the bathroom door. the counter tops were very bad with stains and broken picese. Stains on the floor. they did not let us know that you need to turn the stove on by the timer. The refrigerator had punch marks on it and the entry door also had punch marks. the refrigerator also was missing the bottom drawer and the rails to hold items in the door. There was also a missing drawer in the kitchen. I will not rent from this place again. I have pictures but don't know how to send them as they are on my phone

Liked: Nothing. Staff was condescending, rude, they lie in their computer on your profile which makes it almost impossible to get a refund and when you do get a refund it is 7 to 10 business days not counting weekends.

Disappointing

I LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND DID...

Liked: NOTHING - As soon as I saw the room, I went back to the front desk and "checked out" - I could not stay in this place.
Disliked: Everything. The smoke detector needed a new battery so it was beeping like crazy. The refrigerator was making loud grinding sounds. The carpet was actually sticky and the "bed" was more like a cot with a thin garbage mattress on a flimsy metal frame. There were holes in the walls of my room and the "clientele" left a lot to be desired (metal shopping carts and all) - My strongest advice to anyone reading this (unless you're desperate or homeless) is to seek alternative accommodations. Booking.com was excellent and refunded everything immediately, but this property should not be included on this or any decent travel website.

Will never stay here again.

Disliked: There us nothing good to say about the facility except having a microwave and a fridge. The staff was very helpful.

Disliked: No breakfast. No security. Lots of smoking outdoors. One out of 5 washing machines working. Appliances in kitchenette not working. No soaps .
