Liked: I did not stay im still wondering what happen to my refund ... I am disabled and when I made my reservation, I made my reservation for a non-smoking and he put me in a smoking room and then I asked for a downstairs and he put me on upstairs. After the smoking room, the kidn't open the door I came downstairs, got another room. He gave me a key to another room and the room was dirty. The bed was messed up and the room was not clean. Then I got into arguing with them and he told me if I don't like it. I could go somewhere else very dissatisfied and I'm still waiting for my refund. He told me he was going to refund it and I still haven't got it
Disliked: Everything drug addicts everywhere .. and homeless ....rooms were very dirty ..smell very bad ..... unprofessional receptionist ..they were with attitude like they didn't like thier job!! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy ! "receptionist" was bad attitude as well I had to go back to office 3 times because the rooms were nasty and third time rhe key didn't work i feel discriminated he treated me as if my buisness didn't matter or my disability which I mentioned I did not want upstairs and what did he do put me up stairs after I complained about the reservation room what's supposed to be non smoking?When I walked in there, it smelled like an ashtray!! So supposedly there were no rooms left .so I took upstairs room key didn't work ..then a 3rd time the key opened but room was dirty bed was not made ..I went to office and I was tired and in pain at this point so I told him how I felt he didn't seem to care and told me if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else so I told him give me a refund. I never received it, and now I'm fighting for my refund. Still, and nobody answers at the office. Or calls me back about the situation. So I called guest relations and reported them. TERRIBLE I GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS TO THIS PLACE !!!!!
