A customer service gem!

Liked: The customer service was excellent! I was assisted at the front desk by Sweeney Sumanth and can’t imagine a better or more hospitable agent!!! I was made to feel at home!

Absolutely Horrible!!

Disliked: Bed bugs we have video of. They won’t let me load the video, but the picture I am uploading shows what type of bug was all over the bed.Non working stove. The place was dirty. Smelled like stale cigarettes through the whole hotel. No flowing water just a trickle. We only stayed ten minutes and checked out. We were supposed to be there a week. Now, I am still fighting to get my money back
