Couldn’t get into the room...

Liked: Property mgr very unprofessional- to the point of rude. The key card didn’t work, at 10:30 at night, the posting on the door the the main office wasn’t very noticeable- the courtesy phone was inoperable and I wasn’t able to access the room. So I wound up making other overnight accommodations

Liked: I can't give it a review except that they couldn't honor the reservation. I had to scramble to find another room.. I would still stay at this hotel at anytime.. The service and rooms for exceed my expectations for the cost...
Disliked: I had to call to find out the earliest I could check in and that is when I was told that they couldn't honor my reservation. was given the excuse that the city told them until Construction on the hotel was done they had to close... IDK

Great location in quite working town

Liked: Good price for the money
Disliked: Located close to I-10 and road traffic can be heard throughout the day and night. Some part of building was under construction but was safely taped off and I did not feel I was unsafe at any time
