HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Liked: Nothing. Completely messy and has bugs.
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. The rooms had all sorts of bugs and AC was horrible.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much. It was reasonably clean. There was a microwave, full-sized refrigerator and a 2 burner hot plate that looked very well used.
Disliked: My confirmation said toiletries were included. Except for toilet paper, bed linen and towels, there were no toiletries, facial tissue, and no cups or dishes. I went to ask for toiletries and was offered toilet paper. I asked for soap, shampoo and conditioner and only got a small bar of soap. We also had to ask for drinking glasses. There were no hangers and no coffee maker.I felt like I was going to roll out if the bedWhen we checked out, I was told I wouldn't get my security deposit back until they checked the room. I just hope I get it back. The screen on the window was damaged, so if you wanted to open the window, bugs could get in.
