Liked: Good location to other spots
Disliked: Not much shopping areas around the hotel

Exceptional

Passable

Liked: The staff at the front desk are wonderful and very professional

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I felt very unsafe. Witnessed domestic violence, and 2 men fighting. Young guys in the carpark being loud around midnight, car alarms going off 2am. NO amenities in the room. Not even a cup, plate, or piece of cutlery. Front office staff rude.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Building is in disrepair.

Liked: We were in town for business, and the location was about 3 minutes from where we had to go, so that worked out fine
Disliked: The place is in need of a makeover. Shower, curtain and floor of the room had all kinds of stains. The air condition system would cut out for long periods of time, so the room would not be cool. The phone didn't have a cord attached, so we could not make any calls. Oh, and we saw several roaches in the room.

Can't believe Booking would have...

Disliked: Dirty,cock roaches and loud music in parking area

I was disappointed

Liked: There was no breakfast but the location is great
Disliked: The place needs a upgrade. Stairways need to be clean and painted. Can't touch the guardrails due to how nasty there are. Loud and disrespectful partying in the parking lot playing loud Mexican music.
