Liked: Close your everything
Disliked: Not clean at all. First room we were given the door have was broken and room wouldn’t open. The second room trash was left from who ever had the room last and table still dirty. Looked like only bed sheets and towels were changed. There is no daily cleaning service here. So if you want towels you have to get them from the office.

Liked: I like that they gave is a different room when our keys didn’t work and gave us 3 keys, just in case. One of the staff members was pleasant to interact with
Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to try out 4 different keys on one room (two trips) before getting a new room. The other staff member we interacted with was grumpy and seemed very bothered by everything.

If it wasn't something I...

Disliked: The room was filthy after I was told it was cleaned and ready to go. Dirt smudges half way up the wall, food all over the walls, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and it took 5 minutes of struggling to open the door.
