Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Arrival was easy, got to check room before accepting. Came in late both nights without disturbing other guests. We were able to hear people talking outside the door in the morning as they passed by. Check out was just as easy. It's easy to get to from I-30 and I 635.

Liked: Close to several restaurants.
Disliked: Hotel was recently modernized - why do they never put a quiet vent fan in the bathroom?

Disliked: Everything still waiting on my refundI’m literally reporting this place to health and human services it’s literally inhabitable based on the roach infestation and bed bugs etc it needs to be shut down immediately and properly exterminated idk how they keep passing code inspections it’s black mold in the bathroom’s and just nothing works properly etc.

I did not end up...

Disliked: The property had someone getting arrested at the entrance. It strongly spelt of cigarettes and as soon as I opened the room door, I saw roaches all on the walls, in the kitchen area and in the restroom. The lady at the front desk wasn’t rude, but stated it would still be non refundable if I cancelled, as she stated they didn’t have any other clean rooms. I still cancelled and just took the loss.
