Worst Stay of My Traveling...

Liked: The bright spot about this otherwise dismal stay was the young man who checked me in. I apologize for not remembering his name. Apparently this hotel closes its doors at 7:00 pm vs 10:00 pm like the other hotels that I have stayed in. I didn’t get to the hotel until approximately 7:25 pm because of delays at the airport and picking up my car rental. The gentleman did come to my vehicle with the necessary paperwork for me to sign and checked me in. The bright spot darkened from there
Disliked: NIGHT ONEDriving through the parking lot to get to my room I noticed broken down cars in the parking lot. They had clearly been there for some time. When I entered the room, I encountered the scurrying of cockroaches of all sizes. As I knew the young man who checked me in had left for the night, I had no one to call about my unwanted guests. I put my bags back into the rental and went to Walgreens to but bug spray. To me it appeared the bugs had been hit with the pest control agent because they just kept coming. Because of my tight agenda during my trip, I simply did not have time to research other hotels and relocate. The next morning there was a knock on the door to my nightmare. I answered and an older gentleman explained that he needed to pull the fridge from the wall so that a pest control employee could spray behind it. I pointed out the can of Raid on the table and all of the cockroach corpses on the floor. He said “Sorry” but did not send anyone to clean up the dead bodies.

Disliked: Everything! The sheets were dirty I did not get the room I paid for there were roaches the tv service and WiFi was horrible I would never go here again.

Disappointing

Liked: I like the prices and the staff are nice,communicative,and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like the property manger attitude and the way he treat people that's disabled, the way he talks to me and other tenats at times. And rooms are roach infested to the point they come out and be on the beds,walls,bathroom,fridgerator and plug sockets.

Liked: I did not like it I called and inform them that I will not be arriving Friday due to some inconvenience but was told room would be held for me for Saturday when I got their and went to check in the clerk told me that I was a no show even though I had called and advice the property I was not going to be their in time and if they could still hold my reservation I had to find other accommodation for Saturday

Liked: The front staff was very nice and very helpful!
Disliked: We chose this motel so we could be close to Mystic Falls but I would recommend paying more money for one of the bed and breakfasts that’s located in Mystic Falls. We actually didn’t even end up staying. We walked inside our room and it stunk so bad wasn’t clean at all so we ended up leaving and just considered it money lost unfortunately since they didn’t offer refunds back.

Liked: Absolutely nothing the price wasn’t even worth the $hith@le this place is.
Disliked: To start I paid for a king bed and only got a queen. The whole property had a god aweful smell of something that I can’t describe even though they were pressure washing with bleach. The air conditioner didn’t have filters in it and ended up sneezing the whole time. There was cockroaches coming out of the air conditioning unit and was crawling on the stand beside the bed and on the floor. The knob for the stove top was broke and wasn’t able to turn it. The drawer in the kitchen area had stuff in it left from a previous person staying there. The bed was broke when I sat down on it I about fell in the floor. I ended up not even staying the whole night that I had paid for. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will just keep staying at the quality inn in Covington when I am in the area until I buy my house in the area.
