Liked: We absolutely loved our room! We booked a King Suite; it was very spacious and comfortable! It was also very clean. There was plenty of grass area for our two dogs to potty. Front desk staff were very nice and polite even though they were very busy with many people checking-in because of Hurricane Milton — they stayed polite & professional. Also! They do return the security deposit! I usually pay security deposit fee on other bookings and I was get told it would go back to my card but never does. I was shocked to see they actually did returned it back to my debit card.
Disliked: If I have to choose one bad thing it might be the room’s curtains. I wish they were a little longer so people can’t see through the cracks. Overall we liked our stay.
